Hong Kong/Benelux Consultations.

At the request of the Commerce and Industry Department, Hong Kong, I enclose two copies each of a record on the Hong Kong/Benelux Textile Negotiations and Consultations on Umbrellas held in Hong Kong between 4th and 14th July, 1967.

You will probably wish to retain one of these copies yourself and to pass the other either to the Board of Trade or to the Commonwealth Office economic department concerned. Perhaps before you decide how to dispose of the second copy, you could ask Stewart of I.M.3. if he has received a copy direct from Philip Haddon-Cave. If he has not, I could always ask Hong Kong for an extra copy.
