At the request of the Benelux Governments the Government

of Hong Kong will enter into consultations in accordance with

the provisions of the Long Term Arrangement regarding International

Trade in Cotton Textiles on any matter, either general or

particular, in connection with the trade in cotton textiles

between the Benelux countries and Hong Kong.
