You have been professing the desire of easing the tension on the border area, but on the other hand you are staging military manoeuvres along the border area, putting up more wire entanglements and adding more troops and police- men and riot police to threaten our masses on the border and thus creating a serious situation there. You must stop such military manoeuvre at the border, immediately remove the additional troops and police and riot police and guarantee that no provocation of any kind should be made to our masses at the border.
