The NCNA contact was asked this afternoon whether he had any message for us and was told that according to the M.F.A. on
7 November a message was being conveyed through his agency. He said that he had nothing but would make enquiries.
2. He came back about one-and-a-half hours later (unusually quickly) to say that what the Shum Chum authorities wished to discuss was "the concrete implementation of the points reached at the previous meeting, e.g. the removal of the wire entanglements and compensation". He had nothing else to say.
