Man Kam To.
There was a demonstration at Man Kam To on 30 Oct- ober during which attempts were made to remove the barrier on the bridge and three stick grenades were thrown by the demonstrators.

There were a series of broadcasts from C.T. blaming us for the tension and provocation and claiming that our actions belied our words when we claimed to want to negotiate. In reply we stressed our wish for talks and again asked that contact should be made to arrange them on the border at Lowu.
