Information Services can make towards a good relationship between Hong Kong and this country. Unfortunately, it is a comparatively costly business and I am not sure whether Hong Kong can appear in the programme this year. Visits are a matter for J.I.S.D. and you may wish to have a word with Mr. Treadwell or one of his colleagues. If there is no money for fully sponsored visits, it might perhaps be possible for Hong Kong to pay for fares and even subsistence while the Central Office of Information helped by planning a programme.
