Activities in Hong Kong

In the event the three Russians, who had been granted visas, arrived by air from Moscow, via Rangoon, on the 30th March, 1967, being met at Kai Tak Airport by Mr. Leitch,
Mr. A.E. Elliott, the Commercial Manager and Repairs Supervisor of Kowloon Docks, and three representatives of Wallem and Co.Ltd., a local shipping firm which acts as agents for some of the Russian vessels which call here. During their stay the party occupied separate rooms on the eighth floor of the Ambassador Hotel. Details of their travel documents may be seen at Annexure 'A' photographs taken of them whilst they were in Hong Kong are at Annexure 'B', and descriptions of them are at Annexure 'C'.
