Ho Ying is president of the Macao Chamber of Commerce and the Lowner of brothels and dens. This millionaire often appears in 3 Luxurious limousine in Canton and sometimes, in, Peking. His men conclude in Macao deals for goods purchased in all countries of the West, including the United States. Ho Ying enjoys the favours of both Peking and Lisbon. A short time ago he was decorated with the Portuguese military cross.

The "Far Eastern Monte Carlo", as Macao is called, is considered an ideal place not only for commercial operations. Secret rendezvous are arranged there between Peking men and the spokesmen or imperialist states, including also Thailand, Moleysia, South Vietnam and Teiwon..

These facts explain why an agreement. betraying the interests of the working people of that age-old Chinese territory was signed in Macso, why that nest of Portuguese colonialism was not destroyed so decisively as India did in relation to the Portuguese colonies on its land. Goa, Daman and Diu,
