In speaking on the Chinese representation resolution, our delegate should refer to recent attacks on our Mission in Peking and state that, in spite of these events, we still believe that China should be seated in the United Nations because her continued exclusion will serve only to exacerbate her relations with other countries. The interests of world peace will, we think, be better served in the long run by bringing China into the world organisation rather than in keeping her outside.
