Peking telegram to Foreign Office No. 179: Sino-British Relations.

There are developments in train here which have a close bearing on Peking telegram under reference and preceding telegrams. I would in consequence prefer to defer my comments until I am in a position to report these developments and their bearing on the subject. This may take another two or three days but I will telegraph as soon as I can.
