With reference to (4) of our telegram, copies are enclosed of an Exchange of Notes, dated the 12th June, between Her Majesty's Government and the United States Government.
2. This Exchange of Notes extends to Hong Kong the Exchange of Notes dated 19th June, 1964, and makes provision for the fact that, the SAVANNAH is now operated by a private operator and not directly by the United States Government.
