You referred to the leave facilities we grant to United States Servicemen in Hong Kong. Since the end of the Second World War, United States naval vessels, and naval vessels of other nations, have frequently visited Hong Kong for rest and recreation. I cannot agree that this amounts to the provision of support facilities for the prosecution of Vietnam war or that such visits should be discontinued on the grounds you suggest.
