2. Meantime as regards Ticonderoga, I maintain the view expressed in paragraph 8 of my telegram No. 511 and trust that visit of such a large ship less than a month after the visit of the Enterprise will not (repeat not) be permitted.

3. For Hong Kong my request for repetition saving refers only (repeat only) to Hong Kong weekly assessment.
