Dear Mr. Mumford:

With reference to my letter NA-11/mw S-798 of 20 May 1968,

I regret to advise you that owing to operational requirements, it

has become necessary to cancel the visit of USS LONGBEACH (CGN-9) to Hong Kong during the period 7-12 June 1968.

Additionally, with reference to my letter NA-11/mw S-784 of 9 May 1968, the berthing for the USS TRUXTUN (DLGN-35) at Singapore will be at buoy A, B, or C instead of the ones mentioned in the referenced letter.
