I enclose a copy of a letter dated February 1 which the Prime Minister has just received from Sir Gerald Nabarro, M.P. together with the draft of a reply, based on material provided to us for the Prime Minister's use in replying to Sir Gerald's Question last week. I would be most grateful if you, and the others to whom I am copying this letter, could let me know if the draft reply is accurate.
