In correspondence to [gp undec] (copied here) I have seen no estimate of number of Korean officers likely to be concerned. While principle involved is serious, problem in practice is possibly less intractable. Perhaps authorities in Saigon. might be asked to give estimate, and might even be able to persuade Korean command to limit numbers on grounds of expense, limited accommodation etc.
