I brought back with me from Hong Kong two copies

of a report on the bomb campaign and how Hong Kong

coped with it which the C.I.D. had kindly prepared

for me.

It is an interesting document, and I think you may well wish to have it on record in the

Department.

2. I also was given a report on newspaper readership in Hong Kong which the Government Information

Services Department commissioned last October, together with a note by them on the operation of the special Publicity Unit. I think you will also find

these of interest.
