Two false and one hoax bomb reported
24 female farmers protested at Lo Wu Police Post on 29 May about being gassed in their fields when tear gas drifted from nearby police practice range. Later 200 demonstrators tore down Union Jack and smashed port of Queen, Stones were thrown and several attacks made on perimeter fence. Unsuccessful attempt made to manhandle Senior Police Officer into CT. Situation calmed by 31 May.
Crowd of 2,500 gathered at main bus terminal Kowloon 30 May with apparent intention of disrupting rush hour traffic. No incidents occurred.

New police post being established at Cassis/Vallije before allowing Muslim refugees to return to the area.
