Commonwealth Finance Meetings of Officials and

Ministers

Outside of the formal proceedings there will be

opportunities for informal discussion with the Delegates

of visiting countries. So that we may make the most of

these it is desirable to do a "round-up" country by country

of the matters which we should all have uppermost in mind

to raise as occasion offers.

Geographical

Country briefs have already been prepared and

circulated and what is now needed, therefore, is not a fresh

series of briefs but simply a list of headings.

Departments are therefore requested to prepare lists on this

basis and to send them (seven copies) to Commonwealth

Financial Policy Department which will arrange for their

distribution. The Notes should reach this Department by the

evening of 18 September.
