Following my minute of 3 September, departments gave us very helpful comments on the draft paper on Long Run Trends in Asia and Their Implications for the NATO Countries

These comments were taken account of in revising the paper, which has now been approved by Sir E. Peck and sent to UKDEL NATO for distribution to the participants in the Atlantic Policy Advisory Group Meeting on 8-12 October. You may care to have the attached copy of the final version.
