IN VIRTUE OF POWERS vested in me,

I, DAVID CLIVE CROSBIE TRENCH, Knight Commander of the Most

Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, upon whom has

been conferred the Decoration of the Military Cross, Governor and

Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies,

and Vice-Admiral of the same, do by these presents appoint you

Rogerio Hyndman LOBO, Justice of the Peace, provisionally and

subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial

Member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong with effect from 14th

April 1967, during the absence from the Colony of Dhun Jehangir

RUTTONJEE, Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British

Empire, Justice of the Peace.
