SZETO and WONG will have served for only

one term of two years as substantive Members and, as both are giving useful service, I propose their reappointment for a further period of two years in each

case.

With regard to ROSS, for the reasons given in paragraphs 19 23 of my letter to Poynton of 2nd March, 1966, I have asked the Chamber to propose a nominee to serve from 1st July this year to 30th June, 1968.

I would be glad to have your views on these proposals as soon as possible. There are no changes in the substantive membership of the Executive Council this year.
