I have the honour to refer to your despatch No. 540 of 30 March and to inform you that Her Majesty The Queen has been pleased to confirm the appointments as Official Members of the Legislative Council of:

(a) Mr. 0.P. Norton, J.P., Deputy Director of Public Works

(Building) who will be acting as Director of Public Forks during the absence from the Colony of Hr. A.2.3. Wright, with effect from 30th March 1968,

(b) Mr. D.R.W. Alexander, M.B.E., J.P., who will become Director

of Urban Services and Chairman of the Urban Council in place of Mr. 0.H. Tingle, with effect from lat April, 1968.

(c) Mr. A.T. Clark, J.F., Administrative Officer Staff Grade B2

and Director of Social Welfare-designate, in the place of Kr. A. Todd, with effect from 1st April, 1968.
