not be prepared to agree to serve for another full term of five years.
We have taken the liberty of writing this letter to you, instead
of addressing it direct to the Secretary of State for Commonwealth
Affairs, because we do not wish to embarrass Sir David in any way,
view of the protocol that any communication to the Secretary of State
for Commonwealth Affairs should be transmitted through the Governor.
We shall be most grateful if you will kindly have the contents
of this letter conveyed to the Right Honourable Secretary of State
for Commonwealth Affairs as soon as possible.
