Shopfronts are constructed from anodised aluminium sections with alumidised dado-cladding infill panels. Externally the building is clad in polished terrazzo slabs.
The main entrance to the restaurant is from the car park level and the main entrance to the future tower block is into a lift hallway facing Angullia Park Road.
Total cost of the first phase, in- cluding piling and car parking for the whole complex, was M$1,668,400. The restaurant will cost approximately M$165,000.
The contract for the tower block has not yet been let.
