AN increasing demand for heavy duty industrial power tools in Hong Kong is anticipated by Black and Decker (Australasia) Pty., Ltd. who have announced that the Australian factory has begun wiring power tools at 200V exclusively for this market.

The two larger models are rever- sible, providing extraction or fresh air intake when controlled by a new remote controller. They will also run to two speeds, which enables the rate of ventilation to be adjusted to different requirements.

A new slotted strip method of fix- ing provides for easy fitting to win- dow glass, partitions or walls of vary- ing thickness.

For fully concealed ventilation a new 9 in. built-in wall fan has been introduced, The fan is enclosed within the thickness of the wall. Ex- ternally it has neat, flush-fitting grills moulded in black plastic. The in- terior side is covered by an ivory white plastic panel incorporating the autovane automatic shutter. The fan is reversible and has two speeds.

DISPLAY LIGHTING Reflectors Take Internally Silvered or G.S. Lamps

LATEST additions to Lumitron display-lighting equipment are the 1650 series of spherical reflectors and the 1500 series of conical shades. Both are in aluminium, and are de- signed for use with internally-silvered reflector lamps and with the general- service type.

Fittings in both series come in two sizes, for 100w. and for 150w. lamps; when used with general-service lamps, Lumitron 530 clip-on alumin- ium reflectors are recommended.

Series 1650 spherical fittings are designed to give a 45-deg. cone of directional illumination. They are available for tube or flex pendant mounting, with adjustable angle pen- dant wall brackets, or banked оп vertical or horizontal bars. The fin- ishes are satin silver and copper anodising, or black or white stoved enamel.
