Private balconies. measuring about one tenth the area of the apartments are paved in red ceramic tiles.
The outer walls are covered in glazed facing tiles with part of the facade in chiselled white-cement imitation stone. These surfaces are further protected by a film of water- proofing chemical. The roof is cover- ed with asphalt impregnated paper and heat insulating materials.
Partition walls are of white sand- lime bricks surfaced with Formica and ceilings are sprayed with colour- ed dolomite plaster.
Parquet Floors
Apart from the ground floor which is terrazzo surfaced, all floors are covered with parquet tiles. Walls and floors of kitchens and toilets are faced with coloured porcelain tiles. Windows and sashes are aluminium and are fitted with 3 mm thick plate glass.
Each apartment is installed with a garbage disposal chute, diffused lights in bedrooms, sitting room and dining room, fitted bedroom wall cabinets of pomelo wood, two electric outlets per room and special outlets for telephone and refrigerator.
