GARDEN COURT

Regency Hyatt House is the first high rise hotel in Atlanta, Georgia in forty years. Regency is the complete reversal of every man's ideas of the typical downtown hotel. The keynote is space a sensation of freedom and expansiveness. On all sides of the great skylift courtyard are layer after layer of guest rooms, opening into continuous interior balconies. Otis wall-climbing elevators bring an overwhelming feeling of grandeur to this fantastic hotel. These space-age elevators are cylindrical in shape with curved tinted glass panels, brushed anodized aluminium ribs and coloured fibreglass domes, that are illuminated at night for an added visual effect. Offering not only a fabulous view to those who ride in them but also providing a striking example

of Otis' skill and craftmanship.
