The developers, Town and City Properties Ltd., have stated that they will spend $$45 million in the next two years on hotel projects in the republic.

Another of their schemes is the S$17.5 million Ming Court Hotel due for completion in September next year. It will have 350 rooms and in- ternal four-level gardens. Architects are Kumpulan Architect.

A S$10 million conversion of an existing building is in progress at Jalan Rumbia for Imperial Hotel Ltd. Billings Leong and Rex Koh have pre- pared the plans for 480 rooms. In- terior design is again by Pacific House (Asia) Ltd.
