Visitors will be taken to the top of the 22- metre high pavilion by a long, stepless escalator to begin a 20 minute 'trip' in special flight simulators.
The inside of simulator resembles the cockpit of an airplane. Visitor can manoeuvre the craft simulating a real flight from takeoff to landing.
Hong Kong's biggest estate
The Tsz Wan Shan Resettlement Estate, Hong Kong's biggest resettlement estate, will have 63 blocks housing about 170,000 people, when the final block of flats is completed next year. At present, 130,000 people are living in the estate.
The site for the last block is now being formed. Construction work will begin in September and should be completed by the middle of next year.
The new block which will finally complete the manmoth-sized estate is a 16-storey Mark VI type block. It can house a further 4,000 people. So far, 59 blocks in the estate have been completed and another three are under construction.
Philippines industrial hospital up soon
The Industrial Doctors General Hospital (IDGH), the first in the Philippines to service occupational diseases and extend complete indus- trial hygiene laboratory, is now under construction on a 3,000 sq. metre site at Manila.
The site lies within the vicinity of an area where big industrial and commercial activities are concentrated and proximate to the population

The proposed hospital, a 10-storey building with a total floor area of 11,000 sq. metres, is a reinforced concrete structure resting on concrete piles. It will have a total capacity of 200 beds con- sisting of fully air conditioned suites, privates, semi-privates and four-bed wards. Each room will have its own toilet and bath provided with hot and cold water.
The building will be equipped with the latest in medical equipment and will be serviced by three elevators, two dumb waiters, a laundry and rubbish chutes.

A mammoth supermarket with 100,000 sq. ft. of selling area, parking space for 1,500 cars and a heliport on its roof is under construction at the Green Hills commercial complex in San Juan, Rizal, Philippines.
When completed before the end of this year, Unimart will the largest one-stop food market- discount house complex in Asia. To house this giant emporium, Antonio Heredia, architect, de- signed yet another spectacular long-span structure with a 130-metre column-free unobstructed in- terior space fronting Ortigas Avenue.
The structure, which is being constructed by Weldon Construction Corp., is described as the 'longest column-free post-tensioned structure in the world.' Compress concrete construction utilis- ing positive end connections assures earthquake protection for the long spans.
The design calls for beams only 8 in. wide at the ribs integrated into each other as a monotythic to provide rigidity in all directions. A giant beam measuring 2 by 10 ft. supports one-third of the entire structure with an applied force of 1,200,000 lbs. This bridge beam makes possible the column- free intersecting spaces.
A five-metre peripheral overhang counter balances the structure and provides weather pro- tection for cans and shoppers. Construction time is estimated at record-setting ten months for a structure occupying such a space.
400-room hotel planned in Singapore
The San Holdings Group has commenced pre- liminary building construction work on their Marine Parade/East Coast Road Hotel, Singapore, which will be known as the Hotel San Beach.
Located between the City and the International Airport facing the Katong Sea along the up and coming Golden Mile, the hotel, when finished, will consist of 400 furnished bedrooms, including two Presidential and thirty executive suites.
