The bathtub is 6 ft. long and 36 in. wide. Inside dimensions of the tub are 661⁄2 in. long, 26 in. wide at the widest point and 15% in. deep at the outlet.
It has a slip-resistant bottom and grip rails recessed in the rim of the tub.
Sealant under the rim ensures a water-tight seal between tub and base. If one or more sides are to be built into the wall, a vinyl tiling-in bead packed with the tub is used to seal the joint.

The ammonia circulating system produces sufficient low pres- sure to "de-gas" the developed print.
Rowe machines are of all steel construction in blue grey hammer finish with cadmium and chrome plated trim.

This arrangement simplifies wiring and fixing, although installation can also be carried out, if required, with- out using the plate at all.
Fittings in the range include straight and angled versions, with either a droplet-shaped glass suitable for 100 w lamps, or a glass, taking 60 w lamps, which flares out from the por- celain base and then tapers to a rounded point at the tip. These models are available in white and three pale colours.
