A broadcasting system is installed throughout the building with conceal- ed speaker units fitted in the entrance lobby and in the corridors.
The total cost of the building, was approximately HK$40 million.
Ahong Construction Co. (HK) Ltd., was the main contractor. Piling and
foundation work was carried out by Franki Piling & Engineering Co. (HK) Ltd. The steel framework was supplied by Redpath Brown & Co. Ltd., UK, and erected by Steel Structures, Ltd.
