The Blue Pool Road Co-operative Society Ltd. was formed in 1956 and obtained a $355,000 Government loan, on the usual terms, to finance the project. The land cost $47,100, and building and site formation cost $298,- 213.50. It is estimated that monthly payments on each of the apartments will amount to about $250.
