New Surfaces for Old

There should be scope then for the architects of the Colony to make use of new decorative techniques, some of which were demonstrated a few days ago at the City Hall by W. R. Loxley & Co., the Hongkong agents for the "Glamorock" range of "natural stone wall decorations". These preparations are made from South African rock.

Loxleys also presented "Arborite" a decorative laminate surfacing material for interior walls and furnishings, manu- factured in Canada. New additions to non-glossy" texture" wood- the already wide range include the fashionable grains.
