The third section is for display of graphic arts and beyond this, at the end of the showroom, is the demon- stration area for the processes con- cerned with this branch of the business.

The whole has been treated acous- tically. For lighting there is clerestory running along the front, above the porch, with fluorescent lighting set behind translucent plastic panels to augment the natural light- ing and to serve when there is no daylight.

Specific displays are lighted by ball socketted spot lights in the ceilings or by lighted niches in the wall panelling.

The roads have been laid out to give ample space for vehicles to manoeuvre and covered parking for staff cars and cycles is provided in the rear of the building.

The total cost of the building work and services is M$1,197.000.

The architects are Mr. C.J. Parker, F.R.I.B.A. and Mr. 1.H. Holman, B.Arch., A.R.L.B.A.. F.L.A.M. The structural engineer is Mr. J.D. Batra, M.I. Struct. E.. A.M.I.C.E., of Messrs W.W. Wood, Sons and Partners.
