Opening off a small hall from the living room are two bedrooms. The one on the left is the master bed- room, which is air-conditioned by a Carrier window unit. There is а large double closet, with additional storage cupboards above. All closets have heating units to prevent dam- age from dampness.
The smaller bedroom to the right has twin beds arranged as studio couches. Between the two bedrooms is a large bathroom which may be entered from either of the bedrooms or from the hall itself. A Chinese fretwork screen divides the living and dining areas: two sec- tions of the large built-in sofa can be pulled out for beds. The entire front of the penthouse has plateglass win- dows, whose steel frames have been masked with wood for a Japanese 'shoji' effect. The side doors push back completely to permit use of the verandah, which is protected by reinforced concrete canopy 25′ 0′′ long.

Opening off the main room are a small kitchen and a bathroom. Also on this floor are servants' rooms and bath.
External walls of the building have been faced with Belgian Black and Fillettorosso marbles up to the can- opy. with facing tiles above this level. Sills and copings are painted with beige-coloured Snowcem.
The staircase leading from the third floor to the roof is enclosed in а steel-framed glass tower, which forms an interesting architectural feature of the building.
