The new building, which is four storeys high with four apartments on each floor, consists of two wings, one on each road frontage, but set back with 20′ 0′′ wide gardens be- tween the roads and the building. The remaining four apartments facing Prince Edward Road are similar in layout to the previous four but are slightly smaller, having only one extra bedroom, though this second bedroom is quite big.
