Total cost of the two blocks is $3,500,000 and the cubic cost. in- cluding lifts and all fittings, works out at approximately $3.10 per cubic foot.

All flats will be ready wired for television, telephone and piped wire- less, and will let for around $1,500 a month, exclusive of rates. The project is due for completion at the end of this month.

The owners are the Greenland Development and Agency Co. Ltd. and Mr. Lee Chi Ho. Main contrac- tor is the Dah Hing Construction Co. Other sub-contractors and suppliers include:
