There is a project being planned for construction on Clear Water Bay Road, which visualizes the combining of a hotel and apartment block in one building. The hotel will be in the front section of the building, while the apartments will form an adjunct, separate yet acces-
sible to the hotel portion by the common lift-staircase well between them.
It is planned to have outdoor recreational facilities. as part of the amenities of the hotel, particularly for
