Tregunter Mansions is owned by Humphreys Estate and Finance Co., Ltd., who have taken active part in real estate development in Hong Kong since being formed in 1891. This is the latest project of the Company's to be complete 1. replacing as it does the two original build- ings erected by them so many years ago.

The new Tregunter Mansions were designed by Mr. A. V. Alvares, who has also executed for Humphreys Estates, the Douglas Apartments, the rehabilitation of Branksome Towers, and several smaller projects.
