With the reclamation of the former typhoon shelter at Causeway Bay, the removal of the tram terminus in the same district, the construction of the Hoover Theatre project, the develop- ment of the Lee Yuen site and the new layout at the former Jardine lot, very rapid changes are taking place at East Point.
