direction of the clubs for boys and girls in this building will be under the Boys and Girls Clubs Associa- tion, who are assigning two trained club leaders as full-time workers.

From the point of view of utilisa- tion of the land, it should be pointed out that the area houses as many people as if it were completely given over to tenements of the old Hong Kong style, but it adds an amount of open space, to be used for recreation and playing grounds, which is something completely new in low-cost housing in the Colony. Everything, in connection with the project, has been planned in accor- dance with its purpose as a pilot scheme.
