Built a little to the cast of the former very popular Ritz Ballroom (upon which apartment blocks are soon to be erected) this eight-storey luxury establishment houses a large, covered fresh-water swimming pool on its ground floor, a big main restaurant on its first floor, a nightclub on the floor above and four upper storeys of hotel accommodation. In addition there is a penthouse with five more bedrooms in its west wing, and a fair sized reception hall and residents' bar in its east wing, besides a small office for the management.

Each of the sixty air-conditioned rooms of the hotel section has TV, telephone, and its own modern style bathroom with bright imported tiling and geyser.
