Every floor or deck will have a second emergency staircase. Two large passenger lifts will also be installed in the building.

PAVEMENT

The minimum parking bay per car is 8 feet by 18 feet.

The ground floor (A deck) will have only a parking inner ring for 45 cars and three areas for motor cycles and scooters.

From the first floor (B deck) to sixth floor (G deck) each floor will have an outer and an inner parking ring. Each deck will be able to ac- commodate 122 cars including 32 parking areas per deck for large cars and three parking areas for motor cycles and scooters.

There will be one entrance and one exit to and from the car park from the Market Street only. This is to conform with the requirements of the Singapore traffic police.
