Far East Builder 遠東建築雜誌 All

The planned shape of the block has been influenced materially by the conformation of the site, which has a steep rise at the rear. By planning the building in conformity with the dictates of that formation, the archi- tects have been able to overcome a problem associated with the middle flats.

Each dining room in these flats will have a window. If the block had not been shaped as it is, the dining rooms would have had no external lighting.

The site area is 50,300 sq.ft. and the covered area approximately 13,700 sq.ft. just within the permitted

maximum area for the district.

It is expected erection will occupy 10 months.
