In October last year, 213,000 square feet on Tai Hang Road (Inland Lot 7423) was auction- ed by the Crown Lands Office and the company obtained this site to the north of Jardine's Lookout. The upset price was $1,709,600 and the purchase price $2,600,000.

All flats face north west/south east and have views over the har- bour, with protection from summer sun without being deprived of sun- shine in winter.

The flats are divided into "noisy" and "quiet" areas by a lift/staircase/ entrance hall/verandah unit in such a way that on first entering the flat one sees the harbour view through the windows of the hall.
