cover the cost of the future construc- tion of the wing building.

The site, K.I.L. 6278, is irregular in shape and covers an area of about 176,000 square feet; it is situated at the corner of Mission Road and Tin Kwong Road in the Ma Tau Chung district of Kowloon, near to the King George V School. There is a gentle slope upward from Mission Road to- ward the back of the site, which is secluded and enjoys the advantages of peace and quiet during school hours.

The area in front of the school building comprises two large play- grounds, together covering some 60,000 square feet, divided by an ap- proach drive from Mission Road. At the back is a third playground over 11,000 square feet in area.
