The winter design inside conditions are 70 deg. F. dry bulb, 40% relative humidity when outside winter conditions are 40 deg. F. dry bulb and 70% relative humidity.
Dewpoint control in the main air conditioning cabinets is accomplished by one set of motorized sequence switches controlled by modulating humidistat. Temperature control is accomplished by thermostats which control the relevant modulating damper. Another low limit thermostat is placed in the supply air duct just on the down stream side of the large fans so that constant air temperature is maintained during heating season.

Heat is furnished to the main air conditioning cabinets by two oil- fired steam boilers and one electric

boiler. Supply register are used wherever outside walls enclose an area to be air conditioned. This arrangement results in a more uniform temperature distribution throughout.
