Acting on the recommendations of the Antolic plan (an expert's town planning report for future development of Kuala Lum- pur) one car parking space for every 1.000 square feet of office space will be provided. As the building will have 54.000 square feet of office ac- commodation, the car park will cater for 54 cars.
The bank has bought a piece of stale land to make room for a ramp descending into the basement car park from Pudu Street.
A Cen- tral Electricity Board sub-station will be set up in the basement.
The main banking hall will be on the ground floor and will have an im- posing appearance with its marble,
