The two plans illustrated show the arrangement and dimensions of the two floors with the living room areas on the ground floor and the bedroom areas above.

And, finally, there is the section through the building which shows how it is set on the hillside after the latter has been cut and trimmed to receive it. In actual fact in this particular instance, the whole thing has been planned so as to require the minimum amount of site formation work, and to dispense with the huge unsightly retaining walls which would ordinarily be required.

The drawings are by Mr. K. Smith-Mitchell, but the ravings are my own.
